Your volunteer experience at TRI is limitless. Start off as a Lesson Facilitator, and take advantage of our many training opportunities to learn new skills in progressive volunteer roles.
Roles
Lesson Facilitator
Help participants with disabilities by either walking with them during mounted lessons or assisting them with unmounted equestrian activities!
Horse Handler
Take training courses and learn how to safely handle horses for participants in both mounted and unmounted lessons.
Grooming and Tack Assistant
Make sure horses are prepared for group lessons and independent and para-dressage riders.
Tack Coordinator
Learn about different types of adaptive equestrian equipment while keeping lessons organized and running smoothly.
Assistant Instructor
Leverage your volunteer experience to assist certified instructors as they deliver safe, fun, and progressive lessons
Instructor-in-Training
If you find you have a passion for adaptive equestrian activities, you can apply to our proven instructor training program designed to prepare you for instructor certification.
Other Opportunities
